Tomorrow, February 4th, on QVC you will have an opportunity to purchase the new 7 piece collection from Tarte Cosmetics. Three of the items shown in the video will debut tomorrow on QVC for the world-wide release. This collection will be available in the shades- fair, light, medium, tan and deep.
